Switching Points
When someone is under stress there is often electrical ‘scrambling’ in the body.
The most common form of scrambling is what Kinesiologists call ‘switching’.
Being switched “on” helps you feel clear-minded, focused and in balance with your entire being. It allows for sharper concentration and better reflexes. It realigns your neurological circuits and helps clear the path for the messages given by your brain to reach their destination.
When your switching is out or off, you might feel off-balance, have poor coordination, feel that your mind is foggy, tend to be forgetful, and you generally feel that your energy levels are keeping you in a “fuzzy” state.
Doing the following simple switching exercises can help ensure both hemispheres of your brain are talking to each other and will also help with concentration and feeling clear minded.
Place one hand over the naval area keeping it there while rubbing the following points with your other hand:
– At 2 points below your collarbones on the left & right side (left / right switching)
– Upper lip & bottom lip (top / bottom switching)
– Your tailbone (front / back switching)
If you are not be thinking clearly, feel indecisive or just cannot concentrate, try activating these points and assisting the energy flow.
I use these as part of my morning routine. They’re easy and effective, that the whole family can do.
