Hook Up (Brain Gym)

This technique is very calming and balances energy. It also switches on both hemispheres of the brain. This can be down at any time of the day or night, sitting, standing or lying in bed.

Start by crossing your feet at the ankles. 

Then extending your hands out in front of your body, cross over your hands so palms are facing each other and interlace your fingers together.

Then bring your interlaced hands up to resting comfortably on your chest.

Here you can imagine your energy flowing freely in a figure 8 around your body.

You might like to say “I allow energy to flow freely through my body” or something else that comes to you.

End by uncrossing legs and arms.
